Where I open them for real

The simulator above is just to learn. For real case opening I send you to my partner site — real money, real items, on their platform, not here. Check the odds they publish, set a budget first, and only play with money you can afford to lose. 18+.

How to play

How to play case opening

A case (or "box") is a randomised reward: you pay a fixed price to open it and receive one item drawn from a list, each with a published chance. The reel animation is pure theatre — the result is decided the instant you click, by a provably-fair style random draw using exactly the odds shown. You play with your virtual jetons here — win and lose jetons (capped like every game), never real money — so you can feel the maths before any real cash is ever involved.

The number that matters is the expected value — add up each item's value multiplied by its chance, and you get what an open is "worth" on average. Every case here is built so that value sits below the open price, exactly like real cases. The difference is the house edge, and the session tracker makes it visible: the more you open, the closer your real return drifts to that figure — always under 100%. Same idea as the long-run RTP on a slot, with the swings coming from variance.

Rules

  1. Pick one of the three cases — each shows its open price and long-run return up front.
  2. Press Open. A winner is drawn immediately using the exact published odds; the spin is just animation.
  3. Your pull is added to the session tracker — spent, won and net — so the house edge builds in front of you.
  4. Nothing here has real value: you cannot win or lose money, points or jetons. It is a learning tool, full stop.
  5. To play for real, use the partner links above — those are external, real-money, 18+ sites, not this page.

Tips from Jérôme

  • Always read the odds table before you open. If a site won't show you the odds, that's your answer.
  • Watch the expected value versus the price: the gap is what the operator keeps on average.
  • Open 50+ here and check the session return — it converges below 100%. No streak or "due" case changes that (variance).
  • If you do play real cases, set a hard budget first and treat the top item as a lottery ticket, never a plan.
  • Prefer learning the games themselves? Try the free games or read a slot review instead.
